We are looking for a skilled HR and Accounts Officer . who will be responsible for HR Accounts and administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Education Requiremtns are Graduation in relavant subjects ( BBA / HR / Admin).

HR Tasks

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and systems
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

Accounts

  • Manage all accounting transactions ( including petty cash)
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable .
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Audit financial transactions and documents

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as HR and Accounts Officer .
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • MS Office and Excel good skills& knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
