We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for helping customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through calls, emails, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification).
  • Up to 6 months of experience in a customer support or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
