Role Overview
We are looking for a highly professional and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to handle guest communication for our luxury short-term rental properties.
In this office-based role, you will ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality interactions with guests before, during, and after their stay. Your communication skills and attention to detail will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
- Respond promptly and professionally to messages via WhatsApp, email, phone, Airbnb, and Booking.com.
- Manage booking confirmations, check-in/check-out instructions, special requests, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and organized communication logs and booking records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Provide daily reports, escalations, and guest insights to management.
- Support listing improvements by reporting recurring feedback and issues.
- Coordination and communication with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (clear, fluent, and professional).
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
- 14-16 years of education is required.
- Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, or other booking platforms is an advantage.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a strong customer service mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- For this role, we require excellent English communication skills. No prior experience is needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
