Customer Support Representative (CSR) – E-commerce Platforms

Location : Multan, Pakistan Prelogex Ltd (UK-Based Company)
Job Type : Full-time | 12 PM – 9 PM (PKT)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our growing in-house team in Multan. The ideal candidate will handle customer communication and case management across Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for responding to customer messages, resolving issues, managing returns, and ensuring accounts remain in good standing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages across Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other channels
  • Handle customer cases such as returns, refunds, A-to-Z claims, and negative feedback
  • Monitor order delays, missing shipments, and coordinate with warehouse operations where required
  • Maintain strong understanding of marketplace metrics (ODR, defect rate, late shipment)
  • Keep accurate records of cases, reports, and customer communication
  • Ensure responses comply with platform policies and protect account health
  • Assist in preventing repeat issues by identifying common problems
  • Provide daily/weekly updates to management on customer support activity

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in customer support for Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms

Strong written communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers with professionalism

Basic understanding of e-commerce order flow, shipping, and fulfilment

Familiarity with tools such as Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Gmail, Excel, Trello/ClickUp

Ability to work full UK business hours (12 PM – 9 PM PKT)

This is an on-site position based in Multan, Pakistan.
Candidates must either live in Multan or be willing to relocate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
