Job Opening: Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Location: 6th Road, Rawalpindi
Timings: 3 shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 4:00 PM - 12 AM | 12 AM - 8 AM (Apply only when you're comfortable in working any of the above shifts)
Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 (40,000 after probation)

Kaizen Global is seeking a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to assist customers with our own project by handling inbound queries via phone calls and live chats. If you possess strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries professionally
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Record customer interactions and feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams when needed
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude

Requirements:

  • Qualification: FA, FSC
  • Good communication & writing skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
