Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team on a contractual basis. This is a remote role requiring availability in the Australian time zone.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries professionally via chat, email, or calls

Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns

Maintain clear and organized records of interactions using Trello

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure query resolution

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:

Prior experience as a CSR or in a similar customer-facing role

Hands-on experience with Trello for task and workflow management

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setup
