Job Description

Trans Global Services is looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive service experience through professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from international customers
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively
  • Provide accurate information about services, processes, and policies
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in CRM
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required
  • Follow quality standards, scripts, and service guidelines
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer support, call center, or service roles preferred
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and listening abilities
  • Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
  • Willingness to work in night shifts
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge
