Customer Support Representative (CSR) Outbound Calls

Job Title: CSR
Location: I-8/4, Islamabad (On-site)
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PST)
Salary: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 70,000 per month

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives who are energetic, target-driven, and good at closing leads to appointments. Candidates with excellent English communication and Customer Support / Call center experience will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Convert leads into appointments for automotive industry
• Handle customer calls and maintain CRM records (automobiles-related).
• Prepare reports using MS Office (MS Excel)
• Communicate fluently in English (American accent preferred).
• Provide support and solutions to customer queries.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum Intermediate/Graduate.
• Software Skill: Proficiency in CRM, MS Excel & MS Office.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory. ( American Accent)
• Age: 18–26 years.
• Location: Candidates from Rawalpindi/Islamabad who can join quickly will be preferred.
