About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with e-commerce experience. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring smooth operations across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and WooCommerce.

Since this is a client-facing role, a clear and professional English accent is critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with clear, courteous communication
• Manage orders, including placement, tracking, and resolving issues with customers or suppliers
• Monitor e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with fulfillment and operations teams to support timely deliveries
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements

• Based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad (office-based role, not remote)
• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce customer service (VA, call center, account management, ticket handling, etc.)
• Fluent spoken English with a neutral or British accent (mandatory)
• Strong written communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and a customer-first approach
• Familiarity with order management systems and customer service tools
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Female candidates preferred
