Job Description:
We are seeking a female Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing information, and ensuring an excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.

Provide accurate information regarding travel services, bookings, and policies.

Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Assist in maintaining client records and documentation.

Support the team in ensuring smooth customer service operations.

Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum B.Com or BBA (mandatory).

Female candidates only.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English & Urdu (spoken and written).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, WhatsApp).

Prior customer service experience will be an advantage.
