Customer Support Representative (female candidates preferred)

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Customer Support Representative (female candidates preferred) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a strong work ethic. This role is best suited for individuals who are empathetic, adaptable, and comfortable using technology to deliver outstanding support experiences.

Position Details

  • Experience: 1–2 year in a relevant field (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
  • Qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Make 80–100 sales calls per day.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and present reports as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
