Customer Support Representative (Female) (Night Shift)

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Customer Support Representative (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling international clients, ensuring excellent communication, and providing high-quality customer support.

This is a front-end role focused on client interaction, relationship management, and delivering a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing (preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Pleasant, clear, and attractive voice
• Confidence in dealing with international clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in night shift (US/UK hours)
