Call Center Agent – UAE Telecom Campaign

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives for our UAE telecom campaign. Candidates with 3 to 6 months of call center or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

The role involves communicating with customers regarding UAE telecom SIM services, including du and Etisalat SIM packages, promotions, and customer assistance while maintaining professional communication standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide information about UAE telecom SIM packages and offers
• Assist customers with telecom-related queries
• Maintain accurate customer records and call details
• Meet assigned performance and quality targets

Requirements

• 3 to 6 months of call center or customer service experience
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
