About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative Intern who is proactive, polite, and good at communicating in English. This role is open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who want to start a career in customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reply to customer questions and issues through email.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.
  • Communicate politely and professionally at all times.
  • Forward complex issues to the right team when needed.
  • Follow up to make sure customer issues are resolved.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience in customer support.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Good multitasking and time management skills.
  • Positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat/email tools.

Location: Iqbal Town, Lahore (On-site)
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
