Job Title: Customer Support Representative Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, polite, and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative Intern with strong English communication skills. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to begin their career in customer support and gain hands-on professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and clear information about company products and services.
  • Maintain polite, professional, and customer-focused communication at all times.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is maintained.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in customer support.
  • Strong English written communication skills.

Job Details

  • Location: Iqbal Town, Lahore (On-site)
  • Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
