Customer Support Representative — Karachi, Pakistan (On-site, Night Shift)

ABS International is hiring phone-first Customer Support Representatives for on-site night shifts in Gulistan-e-Jouhar, Karachi. Join our international BPO team to deliver high-quality resolution, retention, and measurable KPI performance.

What you’ll do

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for international clients; resolve escalations on the call.
• Meet daily KPIs (calls, quality scores, resolution time) to maximize incentives.
• Log accurate case notes in CRM (Salesforce / Zendesk) and follow escalation workflows.
• Coordinate with product & technical teams to close complex cases.
• Support retention campaigns and occasional scripted promotions.

Minimum requirements

• 1+ year international customer support / BPO / call-center experience.
• Fluent English (verbal & written; C1 or equivalent).
• Strong escalation handling and problem-solving skills.
• Available for fixed night shift (06:00–02:00 or 20:00–04:00) and able to work on-site in Karachi.

Comp & perks
Total PKR 63,000–78,000/month (Base PKR 40–45k + incentives) + punctuality & daily performance rewards, training, paid certifications, and rapid promotion path.
