We are a US-based corporate culture company dedicated to helping organizations around the world build stronger, more connected, and highly collaborative workplace teams. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated, people-focused Customer Support Representative to join our Lahore office.

This is not a traditional call center position. Instead, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with top-level executives, understand their organizational needs, and schedule appointments for our senior associates. This role supports a fully business-to-business (B2B) SaaS product, offering tremendous room for professional growth and long-term career development.
Position Details: Job Type: Full-time

(PLEASE NOTE IT'S THE NIGHT SHIFT) (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time)
Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off!)
Location: Lahore (Applicants must be able to commute or relocate before starting)

What You’ll Do:
Engage confidently with C-level executives through outbound calls.
Maintain and organize leads using CRM tools and Google Drive.
Build lasting, trust-based relationships through professional and friendly communication.
Use scripts, tools, and systems effectively to deliver top-notch service.
Consistently meet performance goals and satisfaction targets.
Participate in ongoing training and development to sharpen your skills.
Collaborate with your team and contribute to our culture of growth and positivity.

What You’ll Bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and comfort with customer service tools.

An ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Fresh graduates (0-6 months of experience) are highly encouraged to apply!
