Customer Support Representative (Male) – On-Site | Korangi

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Male Customer Support Representative (CSR) to manage student support, admissions, and coordination for our online teaching services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to queries from existing students and parents regarding classes and schedules
  • Manage new leads, admissions, and provide detailed course information
  • Schedule trial classes and regular sessions with teachers
  • Handle rescheduling and arrange replacement classes
  • Maintain accurate student records using Google Sheets / CRM
  • Follow up with parents regarding fee payments
  • Resolve complaints professionally and escalate serious concerns when required
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports of leads and support activities

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
  • Excellent customer handling and follow-up skills
  • Well-organized, responsible, and punctual

Salary: PKR 35,000 – 50,000 per month

Timings: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
