We’re Hiring: Customer Support Representative (Remote – Pakistan)

PsychPlus is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of medical billing, preferably within the mental health specialty, to support our patients and ensure a smooth service experience.

Location: Remote (Pakistan)
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 per month
Shift: US Time Zone

Key Responsibilities

• Handle patient calls and voicemails professionally and respond in a timely manner
• Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment-related questions
• Provide clear explanations regarding mental health billing and insurance processes
• Document and manage interactions accurately within the billing system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of patient concerns

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Understanding of medical billing (experience in mental health billing is highly preferred)
• Experience handling patient calls or voicemails in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with Collaborate MD (CMD) billing software is a strong plus
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
