- Saturday: 3:00 AM – 8:00 AM
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers, handle inquiries across multiple channels, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
- Manage assigned back-office tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Review customer feedback and recommend improvements to products, services, or internal processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies while consistently delivering a customer-first experience.
Requirements:
- Education: A-Levels or Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in customer service (preferably in e-commerce)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and patience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or customer service software is a plus.
