Customer Support Representative (Night Shift) – On-site Karachi

Location: Karachi (On-site) — Campuses: Gulistan-e-Johar / Gulshan-e-Iqbal
Pay: PKR 40,000–50,000 base per month + performance incentives (typical total PKR 63,000–78,000+)

About the role
Join a stable 16-year operations team serving US customers. You’ll handle inbound calls, solve problems with empathy, and grow fast with paid training, daily coaching, and a clear path to Senior → Team Lead.

What you’ll do

• Answer and resolve inbound customer queries (US focus) with clear, friendly communication.
• Document cases accurately in the CRM and follow SOPs.
• Use de-escalation and active listening to protect CSAT and first-contact resolution.
• Hit daily KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR) and participate in coaching/huddles.

What you’ll need

• 6+ months international voice support (inbound or outbound).
• English B2+ (clear, neutral accent for US callers).
• Comfortable with night shifts and on-site work in Karachi.
• Nice to have: Salesforce/Zendesk/HubSpot; prior US campaign exposure.
