Customer Support Representative (UK Based Accounting firm)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Representative with a strong accounting background to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with financial knowledge to assist customers with inquiries related to billing, invoices, accounts, and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Handle inquiries related to invoices, payments, account balances, and financial discrepancies
  • Assist customers in understanding billing statements and resolving account issues
  • Collaborate with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate information
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule : UK Time (9am-5pm) (Monday-Friday)
