Job Description: Customer Support & Sales Coordinator (Printing Industry)
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Coordinator to join our team in the printing industry. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate sales activities, manage job orders, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the production team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Customer Support

  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, WhatsApp queries, and walk-in requests.
  • Provide accurate information regarding printing services, pricing, materials, sizes, and production timelines.
  • Assist customers in selecting products such as brochures, business cards, banners, packaging, labels, etc.
  • Manage after-sales support including order status updates, delivery follow-ups, and resolving customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.

Sales Coordination

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders as per customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure job specifications are clearly communicated.
  • Follow up with clients for approvals, artwork, payments, and delivery details.
  • Track job progress and update customers regularly.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, daily sales reports, and order pipelines.

Order & Production Coordination

  • Check artwork files for basic readiness and coordinate with designers if modifications are required.
  • Ensure timely handover of approved jobs to production and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for materials when required.
  • Arrange dispatch, deliveries, and logistics for completed printing jobs.

Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Maintain records of quotations, invoices, and customer communications.
  • Support the sales team in managing leads and follow-ups.
  • Assist in managing inventory of printing materials (optional based on company).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales coordination, or admin roles.
  • Experience in the printing industry or knowledge of printing materials, artwork formats, colours, and finishing is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word), CRM systems, or POS systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Graphics, or related field.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic formats (PDF, AI, JPEG) and print production workflow.
  • Familiarity with digital printing, offset printing, signage or packaging.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time role.

  • Salary -20k to 30K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
