Job Details

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Fixed Night Shift)
Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Handle live customer calls and emails from US-based clients
• Provide customer support while identifying basic sales opportunities
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally at all times
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and accurately
• Maintain proper documentation of all interactions in the CRM system
• Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback consistently
• Maintain service and communication quality aligned with international standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of customer support or sales experience
• Strong spoken English for professional phone conversations
• Customer-focused mindset with basic sales awareness
• Calm under pressure, patient, and detail-oriented
• Dependable, punctual, and serious about long-term employment
• Willing to work on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, during fixed night shifts

This role is not suitable for part-time, remote, or short-term applicants.

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary: PKR 35,000 – 45,000
• Performance Bonuses: PKR 15,000 – 25,000+ per month

Total Monthly Earnings:

• Strong performers earn PKR 50,000 – 65,000+
• Paid training provided
