  • Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, emails, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, billing, etc.) for issue resolution.
  • Update customer information in the database accurately.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
  • Contribute to improving customer experience through feedback and suggestions.

Customer Support Executive – Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to handle multiple queries and work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
  • Good command over English and regional languages (if required).
  • Patience, empathy, and professionalism while dealing with customers.
  • Time management and multitasking ability.
  • Knowledge of company products and services.
