*This is an in-person position available at our Denver (80238) and Indianapolis (46240) offices. We are specifically looking for someone who can work the 9:30 am - 6 pm, Monday through Friday shift.*
The Customer Support Specialist position has cross-functional duties within the organization. This person will answer customer calls and email inquiries, support customer integrations, account setup, and management. This position also interacts greatly with a network of Occupational Health Clinic vendors, collection facilities, and laboratories in coordinating and maintaining vendor services and drug screening results. This department is critical for supporting the customers using the i3screen platform. The position requires acquired knowledge of Department of Transportation drug screening regulations and individual customers’ drug-free workplace policies. High-level attention to detail, customer service, document management, data entry, and organization is required.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
  • Communicate and respond to all customer email requests and handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly with a high level of customer service and professionalism
  • Assist with department projects and process improvement
  • Account setup, account changes, and coordination of collection site matches
  • Perform customer training on procedures and operating tools
  • Complete daily tasks as assigned
  • Meet established benchmarks as assigned by management
  • Facilitate the drug testing process for the donor and client
  • Other tasks as assigned

Required Skills:
  • Availability to work 9:30 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
  • Google Workspace - Intermediate Skill
  • Microsoft Office 365 - Intermediate Skill; Excel & Word
  • Excellent communication skills relating to both staff members and customers
  • Ability to multitask
  • Phone and email etiquette

  • Team Player
Highly Preferred Experience:
  • Customer Service - 1 year
  • Client Accounts Management - 1 year
  • Call Center - 1 year
  • Experience in the drug testing industry

Pay:
$19 - $24 hourly
Pay will not be below any applicable local minimum wage.
