Customer Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
This customer support specialist will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and support to our dealer and end user network. Excellent written, verbal communication, and time management skills are required to provide our dealers and end users with timely and accurate service. This is a full-time, hourly position. Monday through Friday from 9am – 6pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Note: Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Qualifying warranty claims and issuing dealer and end user RMAs (return merchandise authorization)
  • Answering product questions and providing product suggestions based on the customer’s needs and requests.
  • Providing dealer/end user support via Zen Desk, phones, and live chat.
  • Provide pricing and shipping quotes
  • Updating dealers on shipping and product ETAs
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy, including Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to independently perform research
  • Be able to proactively identify problems, issues, and give recommendations
  • Strong organization, time management, and follow-through skills
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • Data Entry experience
  • Order processing experience
  • Experience in the music industry/product knowledge
