Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical CRM Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site night shift role supporting US-based clients. we are Located in DHA 2 Islamabad. we donot provide transport facility or Remote working option.

The ideal candidate should have a Computer Science / IT background, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.

You will work directly with international clients via email, chat, and phone calls, helping them resolve technical and CRM-related issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced technical support environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to US clients through email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot CRM, software, and technical issues efficiently
  • Identify problems by analyzing client queries and system behavior
  • Provide clear and professional communication while assisting clients
  • Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the system
  • Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is required
  • Manage multiple support requests simultaneously
  • Continuously learn about product updates and system improvements
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and response quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Technical Support / CRM Support / Customer Support
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
  • Experience supporting clients via email, chat, and calls
  • Ability to understand technical issues quickly and propose solutions
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Fast learner with ability to adapt to new tools and systems

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Experience supporting international clients (especially US clients)
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems or help desk software
  • Basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, or databases
