Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Specialist will act as the first point of contact, ensuring clients receive timely and effective assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in developing and improving customer support processes.
• Build strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
