Job Overview:
Bitbicol LLC is seeking a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and supporting end-users with timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application problems in a timely manner
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed
• Assist with software updates, patches, and system upgrades
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and procedures
• Support remote users and handle helpdesk tickets efficiently
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and support when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
• Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
