Job Purpose
The Technical Clerk (Installations) is responsible for supporting and supervising electrical installation activities, ensuring all work is executed in compliance with approved standards, safety regulations, and project requirements. The role involves coordinating with contractors, monitoring installation progress, and providing technical guidance to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise electrical contractors and installation teams to ensure work is completed as per specifications and quality standards.

Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

Oversee the installation of electrical systems, equipment, and related infrastructure.

Review installation drawings, plans, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams and contractors.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to customer-side installation standards.

Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.

Identify installation issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain proper documentation of installation activities, reports, and compliance records.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical installation, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.

Proven experience in managing contractors and site operations.

Strong knowledge of customer-side installation standards and electrical systems.
