Role Overview

The Workshops Manager will be responsible for managing workshop operations, supervising technical teams, and ensuring timely delivery of services. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and technical expertise to optimize workflows and maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations, including equipment servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support business needs.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor workshop staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in workshop or technical operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale workshop operations.
• Strong knowledge of equipment servicing, maintenance systems, and ERP tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
