Technical Clerk (Bulk)

Job Summary

The Technical Clerk (Bulk) is responsible for supporting installation operations through effective coordination, administrative assistance, and documentation management. The role ensures smooth execution of installation activities by tracking progress, organizing resources, and resolving basic technical and coordination issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation Coordination

  • Coordinate daily installation activities with internal teams and field staff
  • Assist in scheduling and tracking installation tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Monitor resource allocation (manpower, materials, tools) for installation projects

2. Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Installation Section
  • Prepare reports, logs, and status updates for ongoing installation work
  • Maintain records of installation schedules, progress, and completion

3. Task Follow-Up & Monitoring

  • Ensure timely follow-up of assigned tasks and escalate delays when necessary
  • Track pending activities and provide regular updates to supervisors
  • Support project coordination to meet deadlines and operational targets

4. Documentation Management

  • Maintain and organize technical documentation related to installation activities
  • Ensure all records (drawings, reports, checklists) are updated and properly archived
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation for audits or reviews

5. Issue Resolution

  • Address and resolve installation-related coordination issues
  • Liaise with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve minor operational challenges
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant stakeholders when required
Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering) or equivalent
  • Diploma in a relevant technical field is also acceptable

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in installation support, technical coordination, or project support roles
  • Hands-on experience in technical or field-related environments

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with coordination and reporting tools
  • Basic understanding of installation processes and technical documentation

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Language Requirements

  • Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken)
