Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Representative role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience. This individual will support daily operations by assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities Include:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with orders, product questions, shipping updates, and general support needs
• Handle claims, damages, and order issues while following company policies and procedures
• Partner with logistics and order management teams to resolve customer concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
• Uphold service standards to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service (e-commerce or retail preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience handling high-volume inquiries and problem resolution
• Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused in challenging situations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using phone, email, and chat as primary communication tools
• Familiarity with Mac OS and Google Suite
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
