Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional service and support throughout the exciting wedding planning journey. You will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless, stress-free, and positive experience for our clients, embodying our commitment to excellence and personalised care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a passion for the events industry.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries via email, telephone, and our online platforms, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Provide detailed information about our wedding planning services, packages, and processes to prospective and current clients.
  • Assist in scheduling initial consultations and subsequent meetings between clients and our wedding planners.
  • Liaise effectively between clients, planners, and external vendors to ensure clear, consistent, and accurate communication.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues with patience, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Maintain and update client records with precision in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Support the planning team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and successful execution of events.
  • Gather client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Skills and Qualifications
 

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, client relations, or administrative support.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong rapport with a diverse range of clients during a significant time in their lives.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software is advantageous.
  • A genuine interest or previous experience in the wedding or events industry is highly desirable.
