About the Role
PlanLab Solutions is looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our team for afternoon and night shifts. In this role, you will handle support requests, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and ensure smooth resolution of client inquiries.
This is a support-focused position — no sales, cold calling, or commission-based tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage incoming support requests via CRM and ticketing platforms.
- Document, track, and update cases using tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, or other helpdesk software.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English with users to understand issues and provide solutions.
- Follow internal workflows to ensure timely and accurate resolution of requests.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Monitor pending tickets, follow up, and close cases efficiently.
- Maintain data accuracy and service quality while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic computer and internet proficiency, including MS Excel and office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to shift schedules.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work afternoon or night shifts, including weekends if scheduled.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, service desk, or administrative support roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with SLA-driven or process-oriented support environments.
Education
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- Additional training in customer support software or service operations is a plus.
