This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist (Chat & Chat) based in the Karachi Division. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer support through chat, resolving customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing technical support requests. The role requires analyzing customer feedback to improve the support process and overall experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, primarily supporting Amazon customers and B2B clients
- Manage live chat support across multiple platforms, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, and Temu
- Oversee and process returns and refund-related queries across all platforms
- Ensure timely, accurate, and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times
- Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and issue resolution
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
- Handle escalations professionally and provide effective solutions
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Prior experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, eBay, or Temu is a strong advantage
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive targets
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts if required
- Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is preferred
