Customer Support Specialist (night shift)

Role Overview

Provide real-time support to customers during peak North American usage hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets (chat/email)
  • Troubleshoot product issues
  • Escalate bugs and track resolution
  • Maintain and improve help documentation
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest fixes

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in support roles
  • Strong Spoken and written English
  • Ability to multitask across tickets
  • Comfortable with night/evening work

Work Details

  • Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM
  • Primarily async communication (chat/email), limited calls

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
