Role Overview
Provide real-time support to customers during peak North American usage hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to support tickets (chat/email)
- Troubleshoot product issues
- Escalate bugs and track resolution
- Maintain and improve help documentation
- Identify recurring issues and suggest fixes
Requirements
- 1–3 years in support roles
- Strong Spoken and written English
- Ability to multitask across tickets
- Comfortable with night/evening work
Work Details
- Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM
- Primarily async communication (chat/email), limited calls
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
