Bonyan Academy provides exceptional Arabic and Quran teaching services to students worldwide. Our expert teachers create engaging and insightful learning experiences. We are currently hiring a Customer Support Specialist (Overnight Shift) to join our team and support our international students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and billing support to customers in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Create, manage, and resolve customer tickets using our CRM system.
• Follow and contribute to improving customer success processes.
• Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our Language Solutions.
• Build long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in international customer service (call center experience preferred).
• Fluent English (both written and verbal) – mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Zoom.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work overnight shifts (aligned with US and international time zones).

Working Hours & Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Overnight shift (serving US and international markets).
• 9 working hours per day (including 1-hour break).
• 2 days off per week (scheduled based on operational needs).
• Final working schedule will be determined after the interview (candidates must be flexible).

Salary: E£10,000 per month (Net)
