JOB OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our US operations support team.
You’ll speak with clients, help them with questions, resolve issues, and make sure they feel valued.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Respond to inbound client queries with empathy and accuracy.
- Make “happy calls” to check in with active clients.
- Log all interactions and updates in Salesforce.
- Provide solutions and escalate only when necessary.
PAY & BENEFITS (CLEAR & FAIR)
- Base Salary: PKR 35,000 – 45,000 (fixed).
- Quality Bonus: Up to PKR 25,000+ based on customer satisfaction.
- Total potential earnings: PKR 60,000 – 75,000+.
- Paid training and annual performance increments.
- Attendance allowance.
SHIFT OPTIONS:
- Slot A: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
- Slot B: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
