PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Maintains overall responsibility of current customers, and onboarding securing new contract work for Clients and Industrial Services’ Sewing Department Manufacturing Department. To fulfill the mission.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the general supervision of the Director of Business Services.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

  • High School diploma or equivalent plus previous customer service required.
  • Valid driver's license.

  • Able to work with organizations, customers and other employees and have sufficient competence to command the respect and confidence of professional workers, both within the organization and outside.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Possesses computer literacy skills.
  • Experience in customer service, purchase order, database or inventory management.
  • Well organized, self motivated and strong desire to succeed.

JOB COMPETENCIES:
Maintain contracts and customer communications for Manufacturing Department. Contact current stakeholders (vendors, suppliers and existing customers) as necessary to ensure their satisfaction. Contact stakeholders (new and/or potential customers) to fulfill PO’s, and ensure smooth delivery of product by close coordination with Goodwill Production Department and Sewing Department. Maintain CARF compliance and ISO compliance/certification. Maintain required databases, records and company files to produce detailed reports. Compose and maintain production reports, files, records, and ISO documents. Compose and maintain professional correspondence with Goodwill Stakeholders. Coordinate and maintain support for contracts, such as assisting in the identifying and purchasing material and receiving orders from customers.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain open communication with customers.
  • Work closely with Production & Sewing Department to ensure smooth delivery of customer PO.
  • Coordinate and maintain support for contracts, such as purchasing material, new potential business opportunities, PO’s and receiving orders from customers.
  • Maintain professional contact with customers and employees related to contracts.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains required databases, records, company files and produce detailed reports as requested.
  • Maintains all forms applicable to contracts.
  • Supports mission statement and activities of other departments.
  • Supports the accessibility of our services and facilities free of architectural, attitudinal, environmental, financial, communication, transportation, employment and other barriers to persons with disabilities and barriers to employment.
  • Adheres to all safety policies and report violations.
  • Adheres to all ethical standards and confidentiality of records.
  • Meets and adheres to all CARF and ISO standards.
  • Occasional driving for off-site meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

NOTE: Must have a mobile device and maintain it in operating order within provider's maintenance capabilities. Must be a licensed driver. Must be insurable. Must pass/complete background check and drug screening.
