Customer Support/call Center (Female Arabic speaking candidates only)

Respond to customer & client queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat

Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

Manage large amounts of incoming calls

Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems

Provide data and guides to help the sales team

Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information

Keep a record of sales trends

Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies

Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

Attending and qualifying inbound marketing leads

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer Support: 2 years (Required)
  • Logistics, ecommerce: 2 years (Required)
