Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire inhouse (private labelling) sales operations. The role involves handling walk-in customers, supporting business clients, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of the entire sales process from inquiry to order completion.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 3 years of GCC experience as sales coordinator.

Salary - 3000 AED to 4000 AED + Commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track sales orders, quotations, and follow up with clients to close deals
  • Attend to walk-in customers, present product ranges, and address inquiries professionally.
  • Provide guidance to clients regarding customization, private labelling, and bulk orders.
  • Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales contracts, and delivery notes.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM/system regularly.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and analysis for management review.
  • Coordinate with clients on product specifications, packaging requirements, and branding details.
  • Ensure proper communication between the client and internal departments to deliver customized products on time.
  • Handle correspondence related to sales inquiries.
  • Assist in coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
