• Engage & Connect: Greet customers in-store and start sales conversations about their wireless needs.
• Be the Tech Expert: Stay up-to-date on the latest flagship phones and features to provide hands-on sales demonstrations.
• Drive Sales Results: Guide customers through plan options, data transfers, and account setup to finalize the sales process.
• Own the Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for all sales orders, ensuring every customer walks away satisfied with their purchase.
• Collaborate: Work with your sales team to hit daily sales goals and launch exciting new promotional sales campaigns.
