Overview of Role
The Customer Delivery Assistant supports the Project Manager and Customer Delivery Manager in ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Customer Communication & Coordination:
- Liaise with end users and manage expectations
- Prepare and deliver civil work requirement documents
- Align installation logistics (e.g., cranes, forklifts)
- Address IT integration needs
Project Documentation & Planning:
- Maintain project plans (Gantt charts)
- Consolidate project documentation
- Ensure accurate shipping documentation
Site & Installation Management:
- Approve site drawings and civil works
- Manage installation teams and subcontractors
- Oversee installation and ensure final acceptance
Integration & Handover:
- Document integration processes with third-party software
- Support service team post-handover
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Knowledge of IT and complex systems
- Installation project experience preferred
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with multi-agency and government clients

IT/Software degree or background

APMP, PRINCE2, or similar PM qualification preferred

Degree/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering ideal

Additional experience in H&S, QA, or process development is a plus

Fluency in Arabic is essential
