Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring each interaction is engaging and solution-focused
  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clarity and patience
  • Assist customers with sales-related questions, upselling products or services when appropriate to enhance their experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when necessary
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service delivery, and achieve collective goals

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments with strong outbound calling skills preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities that enable effective communication with diverse clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer support best practices
  • Familiarity with call center operations, phone etiquette, and analysis skills for assessing customer needs
  • Ability to manage cash handling accurately and perform typing tasks swiftly and precisely
