Customs Analyst

The relevant position is responsible for the progress of import and export transactions in compliance with the Customs Law, Foreign Exchange Law, Customs Regulation and related legislation. Plus will be fulfilling his/her responsibilities in the management of the Customs Supervisor

You will

• be tracking the daily customs import and export operations
• coordinate the custom brokers, logistics companies and Valeo internal/external customers and suppliers.
• perform the monitoring and controlling of all documents related to customs procedures ( invoices , BL , CoO , ATR , check list and etc. )
• coordinating daily import invoices payments and import/export tax payments in accordance with the finance department;
• Performs all necessary operations within the scope of sustainability of AEO ( Authorized Economic Operator ) applications
  
  

You are/have

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of custom regulations.
• Knowledge of AEO regulations.
• Knowledge of incentives ( DİİB & YTB )
• Considerable knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP 745, ISP 98, URC 522 and Incoterms 2020
• B type Custom Brokerage License is a plus
• Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills
• Intermediate level of English
