Key Responsibilities

Document Preparation & Customs Support:
-
Assist in preparing import/export customs documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) to ensure accuracy and compliance with Turkish customs regulations.

Logistics Tracking & Coordination:

Monitor international shipments, communicate with freight forwarders and carriers, and provide timely updates on cargo status; help resolve issues during transit.

Data Entry & System Maintenance:

Enter logistics and customs data into the ERP system; maintain organized records for easy tracking and retrieval.

Internal & External Communication:
-
Support daily communication with customs brokers, warehouses, and suppliers; assist in filing and archiving logistics-related documents.
Qualifications & Requirements

Language Skills:
Fluent in Chinese (mandatory)
for effective communication with HQ and Chinese teams; basic Turkish or English proficiency is a plus.

Education:
Associate degree or higher in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field.

Experience:
-
1-3 years of experience in customs, logistics, or international trade; fresh graduates with relevant internships will be considered.

Experience in manufacturing or engineering machinery industries is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of customs procedures and documentation; willingness to learn Turkish customs regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
