Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customs Clearance Specialist to handle end-to-end customs documentation and clearance procedures. The role requires hands-on UAE experience and a solid understanding of local customs regulations to ensure smooth and timely shipment clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customs clearance documentation for imports and exports
• Coordinate with Dubai Customs and relevant authorities
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs laws and regulations
• Track shipment status and resolve clearance-related issues
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and freight partners
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in customs clearance
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation
• Experience working in a logistics or freight forwarding company
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Able to join immediately
