YOUR TASKS:

• Ensure all custom pre-alerts are declared to customs on time.
• Perform daily customs clearance tasks to meet operational standards.
• Cleanse and verify inbound shipment data per DHL and Qatar Customs regulations.
• Check duty exemption status and initiate clearance procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customs duty discrepancies.
• Handle customer queries related to customs duty charges and disputes.
• Upload accurate paperwork for dutiable shipments, ensuring compliance.
• Raise and follow up on service tickets for system issues.
